Sale and disposal details

• Change the Thing status to Sold or Disposed. The matching details open automatically. All extra fields are optional and stay separate from category customisation.

Sold

• Record the sale date, amount, buyer and notes. Select an existing contact suggestion, type free text or add a contact. Tick Paid to record today as the paid date; you can change it.

Disposed

• Record the disposal date, method, place or contact, and notes. The date defaults to today and can be changed or cleared.

Photos and documents

• Attach multiple photos or documents as evidence. Open, download or remove them from the sale or disposal details.

Disposal report

Android: Home → Menu → Reports → Disposal report

Web portal: Disposal report

• Open Disposal report from Reports on Android or the web app menu. Include all dates or choose a date range, category and Site. The report includes both Sold and Disposed Things.

Print / export

1. The report shows the Thing name, status, purchase date and price, last recorded value and date, and the sale or disposal fields. Missing optional information is blank. Print or save a PDF.

Keep your data

• Sale and disposal dates share one record. Changing status keeps the saved information. Reactivated Things leave the disposal report. Files are included in household sync and encrypted backups.
