Find a Thing

Results are empty until you type a name, model, code or note, choose a Site or Category, tick High risk only, or change Status. Tick Include Event text to search Event descriptions too; when text matches, the Thing card shows the matching Event text. Status starts at Active and can switch to On loan, Sold, Disposed or All statuses.

Print uses the same search filters and includes matching Event text. Tap a Thing to open it; Done returns Home.
